I really love the Za True White Instant Brightener <3

I received this set of products 2 weeks ago and (Click click) for more infos on the products. So here I am doing a entry on how I feel about these 2 products.

Below is a pic of my un-glam bare face(after skincare products and sunblock lotion)
Uneven complexion and some redish post acne mark scarring on both of my outer cheeks!!!!

Let see the texture of the brightener again...

Can see instant brighten and even up my complexion, and a;so made my face look  radiant(ME LOVE it... I love radiant and dewy finishing).

You can mix the Instant Brightener into you liquid foundation to perk up your complextion or lighten you darker foundation shade. It also can be use as highlighter (apply after foundation, before setting powder)

Have been using this for awhile now and this doesn't cause any breakout on me nor have any different oil control factor(which means this brightener have average oil control)

The Two-Way foundation gave a semi matte finishing, oil control wise was pretty ok, I find that it work better with a moisturizing makeup base/sunblock.(it may vary on different skin type).

The foundation feel really smooth on the face and apply evenly on the skin.

The texture/feel wise of the foundation wasn't as finely milled like pressed powder... but because of that, the coverage was GOOD! Smooth the fine lines on my forehead, reduce redness and mimimizes pores. Doesn't clogged my pores or become cakey after afew hours of wearing it.

[Review]

Recently I got the Maybelline Pure Liquid Mineral Foundation during the 30% promotion at John Little. I got the P01 instead of B01 (I find that both swatch well on my skin.. but I choose the pinkish tone one.. cos it's more brighter.

My half face..  (Click for bigger pic) The pink in the foundation wasn't that strong.. but it does even out my pinkish cheeks and uneven complexion.

Am using the Anna Sui Dolly Girl Mascaras in Full (smudge proof)

Using the blue from the Anna Sui Eye color duo eyeshadow in shade #06 (a pale blue)

Products used..

Nature Republic Alsaka Aqua Sunblock Cream, Maybelline Pure Liquid Mineral Foundation, Anna Sui Protective Loose Powder and MAC Pink Cult blush.

MAC Bare Study paintpot(as base but still prefer Matte finishing paintpot as base for it lasting and creaseless factor), Anna Sui Eye color duo #06- the light blue shade. Heavy Rotation Black gel liner, Maquillage Gold gel liner on waterline and Anna Sui Dolly Girl Mascaras in Full.

The Pale blue shadow was abit washup in the flash pics.. but I love that it have a greyish tint to it.. not so crazy. I have been into "no eyeshadow" mood for the past few weeks(that's explained why I hardly have any LOTD post) lolx.... but no worried, I'm back with "colors" again!

Tiny review on the foundation::
The Maybelline Pure Liquid Mineral Foundation, was pretty light in texture.. coverage is buildable from sheer to medium coverage. Radiance/dewy finishing that last up to 8hours of wearing. Good oil control. I also notice that my skin feel smoother after I removed it (it does give good moisturizing factor!)

I didn't notice any shimmers in the foundation, maybe only the darker shades have it? And I love the slightly pinkish tone cos it even out my pinkish cheeks and uneven complexion really well. My skin look brighter and more radiance. Have been using it for about 2 weeks now and I'm loving it!

I didn't use any primers in this LOTD (I did try it with various primers and it show not much different).

I have afew emails asking what kind of look I normally wear out for a short period of time around the neighbourhood.

Normally. I will wear sunblock + bbcream for running errands. (No need to go all the way to eyeshadow and brows.. I'm too lazy for that, lolx)

Well.. For this LOTD, it will be a look I wear when I'm going out for dinner with my family, somewhere not too far away. Like a mall nearby or afew bus stops away from my home(you get the ideas, places that have more crowds)

I'm using a single color on my lids with thick eyeliners.

A very simple everyday look ...

On my face..
Nature republic Alsaka Aqua sunblock cream, SANA Pore Putty Moist base, Dr Jart+ bbcream(actually can skip bbcream if your skin condition is good... I just need more coverage for my redish skin), MAC studio Finish concealer(for my dark post acne marks that are way too dark to cover with bbcream) and MAC MSF in light to set.

On my cheeks...
Before I set my face with MAC MSF... I applied MUA Bronzage  (cream bronzer) on my cheekbones, MAC CreamJoie-De-Vivre creamblend blush on my cheeks. After setting my face with MAC MSF(just light blush around the cheek areas) . MAC Desert Rose Matte blush on the cheeks and top it with Gransebon Gran Decollete(swatches) highlight face powder in #02(nude flower) and as highlight too. (products in blue font was provided by the company)

MAC Desert Rose was a pretty intense matte blush.. I like to dap my blush brush on the powder and wipe it off on a tissue then apply on my cheeks.. if I need more.. I just dap the brush on the tissue to pick up the color again.

MAC Let me pop paintpot on the lids and blend blend blend... (brow's highlight.. I'm using MAC MSF to brighten up) Heavy Rotation Gel liner (I apply that on the tightline too) and Maquillage gel liner in GD855(Gold) on waterline. Majolica Majorca mascara.

On my brows... K Palette Real Lasting eyebrow 24hrs(Shade 01) and Canmake Coloring eyebrow mascara in #05(the newest shade).

Didn't wear any lip color.. :P If I'm going to put on a lip color, it would be some coral pink lipgloss.

With flash...

Pics taken without flash turn out to be abit too pale... the lighting wasn't strong cos the sky getting abit gloomy yesterday(evening).

I have been rocking these look almost everyday.. unless I going to town area. I normally use MAC paintpot or KATE Gel Shadow. Really simple right.. Cheeks color also play a big part on brightening up the eyes and face!

I got this Fasio remover at Guardian- when I saw that they have a mascara tape onto the bottle.. I was like: "Great, free mascara"!!! It was when I cash out the item... I realise that I was paying for the mascara and the remover was GWP!!! (I felt so cheated! I don't need mascara!!!!!!!!)
I remember the point makeup remover cost around $12+ (and Guardian was having 20% for Fasio products) and I end up paying SD$22+(after discount!)

I've tried this mascara before in blue shade(it was good)
Now I got it in brown!(They only have one shade at the shelving!)

-> The texture of this bbcream was abit thick (doen't feel like tinted moisturizer)
-> Sheer coverage
-> The shades was abit dark compare to skin79 bbcream. 
After it absorbed, it doesn't look dark when I first applied.
-> Even out the skintones and cover redness really well
-> Minimize pores
-> Doesn't conceal dark/purplish blemishes (You need concealer for that!)
-> Feel moist (not dry/cakey/patchy)
->Oil control average (better then skin79)
-> I don't need alot of foundation after using this bbcream
-> The finishing is semi matte (not really dewy or matte)

I really love MAC Instant Chi blush... have been using it for almost everyday after I got it! lolx

As for Gransenbon Grand Decollete Luxury(#02-Nude Flower).. this pink finishing powder was abit more shimmery compare to the yellow one(which have a very pretty gold sheen). I don't apply this pink powder all over my face (Just on my upper cheeks/cheek bone) in this LOTD... or you can just apply on the cheek as blush.. to make your cheeks pop!

I like the Heroine Make essence in BB cream...  It does have abit of coverage and I like the fact that I don't need to use alot of foundation or foundation at all after the bbcream.

The first day I tried the bbcream... I layer it with Anna Sui pressed foundation.
