Loreal Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadows
In 2013, Loréal Paris brings you eyeshadow with customized color. All thanks to Color Boost technology, the colors are intense and luminous for couture make-up results. The high‑design cases are as desirable and beautiful as jewel boxes.
Inside, inspired by make-up artist cases, is a palette of shades arranged for easy, intelligent, step‑by-step application.
3 Collections 6 different quads: Smoky, Luminous and Shocking to give you beautiful eyes for every mood, every day.
Loreal Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadows give you all the colors you need for all occasion.
Loreal Paris NEW Excellence Fashion hair dye
I have been thinking about dying my hair (DIY).. and totally have no clue what color I should get until I was at Watsons and Guardian. I know I'm going to bleach my hair root (to make it lighter or near my hair shades towards the tip.) So I pick up Palty "men" bleach at Watsons.
Then Ariya(my sis) and I popped by Guardian ... I saw this purple dye by a brand that I cannot remember and also check out the Loreal Paris Excellence Fashion that Kas(Kaslovesmakeup) have been talking about. So I end up with Intense Copper Red (I still very into Orangey hair la! lolx)
When I got this.. this is going at 2 for $21+ (cant remember the cents) If you have thick and long hair.. I suggest to get 3boxes instead of 2 (cos I don't have enough to fully coated all my hair!!!!)
Before we start... here my ugly hair (see.. oily black root are so unglam~ lolx)
LOTD in Loreal Color riche Les Ombres (Velours Noir)
Received a set of Loreal Color riche Les Ombres eyeshadow quads back in January 2013 (Swatches on all the quads will be up soon!!) These will be available at all Loreal counters in March/May 2013(Will find out and edit soon)
So in this post, I'm using Loreal Color riche Les Ombres in Velours Noir (E5).
Close Up
To be frank, I wasn't too into this quad... "grey" just wasn't my favourite type of color to use on my lids(eyelids)... cos sometimes grey will make my eye look funky and messy (maybe cos I'm using matte grey and fail all the time)
And when I show all the quads to my sisters... they all reached for this Grey/silvery quad!!! I told them they can have it after I tried it out. And boy.... the silvery, the frosty white and the frosty grey(which look abit "blue" on my skintone) shades are soooooo beautiful!
So beautiful that I used it almost everyday for the past week!! (Oops!! Kekekkee.. now I have to bid farewell to this pretty babe (Maybe I should keep it and get one for them?!?! See how I feels when I try the other quads ^_^)
The eyeshadows feels creamy(not too creamy, wet type), very smooth and easy to blend... does have a tiny bit of fall out.
Do pack the eyeshadow tight onto the eyeshadow's brush and tap away the excess to prevent fall out.
I try it with the essence eyeshadow base (which by the way... not really a good primer/base), eyeshadow look nice and doesn't crease too crazily on my deep double eyelid folds. Which means... even without a base, this shadows will still show up nicely, vibrant and smooth on the lids. (IF you don't have a deep crease/double eyelid folds la)
And with Urban Decay Primer postion in EDEN, the shadows look abit more vibrant and last very well without much creasing.
The pictures taken by my camera was abit too bright (the color doesn't show up nicely... )
Below is a pic taken by samsung galaxy note front camera (which I have posted on my instagram) The silvery grey look more accurate and true to what I see from the mirror(lolx)
After Cleansing, prep my face(skin) with
- Bio ssence BIO spring water, (I skip lotion/toner)
- Loreal Youth Code rejuvenating eye essence
- Clinique repairwear laser eyecream
- Sunplay Skin Aqua sunblock
- GoodSkin Labs EXTEN- 10 Instant Youth Boosting Moisturizer SPF15 (initial review)
- Benefit POREfessional pro balm as face primer
IN love with this primer.. it gives skin a smooth canvas for foundation - it a silicon base primer, but this doesn't mess up the liquid foundation texture or cause any residues) (Review)
- The BodyShop Moisture white shiso serum infused BBcream
- Lancome Teint Miracle Loose Powder (01)
- Shu uemura glow-on blush in
- Benefit fake up creaseless concealer (01)
- Urban Decay Primer potion in EDEN
- Loreal Color riche Les Ombres in Velours Noir
- ZA Killer volume mascaraKate brow mascara
- Kpalette Real Lasting Eyebrow Shade 01
- Skin79 Kick it side liner in black
- Bonavoce liquid eyeliner

L'oreal Limited Edition Miss Candy - L'oreal Infaillible
Around late July, L'oreal released the limited edition Miss Candy Collection.
3 limited edition L'oreal Infaillible shades and 4 Glam shine lipglosess
I forgot to swatch the lipglosses... Oh well, I bet most of you already checked out the collection. :b

Here's the swatches of the 3 L'oreal Infaillible eyeshadows....
(Swatched under low lighting without flash at Watsons)
Sassy Marshmallow, Naughty Strawberry and Innocent Turquoise
(Still thinking whether I should get Sassy Marshmallow! Should I? Yes?? No??? lolx)
I got Naughty Strawberry and Innocent Turquoise (SD$14.90 each)
I got these 2 at BHG where they are having 20% off ...
Swatch on dry/bare skin on the back of my hand)
Taken under day lighting without flash.
I was checking out Watsons yesterday and saw that they are having 20% discount on selected brands... and L'oreal was one of them!!!

Available at Watsons Singapore, BHG, Guardian, SASA, John Little...

Loreal Paris Hair Expertise Ever Sleek Sulfate-free Smoothing system
Lately, I find that the shampoos that I'm using now (Marc Anthony Strictly Curls and Instantly Thick) ... kinda don't work on me anymore... I need to rotate with another shampoo (This is quite common for me... cos I always need to rotate shampoos after using the same one for more then 3 weeks!!!)
So I make my way over to Watsons (cos I have some vouchers to spend)... trying to find a shampoo that I have never tried before that was good in oil control or for oily hair... nothing caught my eyes... except this L'oreal Paris Hair Expertise series....

I can't decide what I want because all the ranges are targeting for damaging or dry hair :( but I still feel like trying one of the shampoo!! So I pick the one that was meant for "messy" hair!

All Hair Expertise are...
- Sulfate free
- Silicone free
- Paraben free
- Contain Natural Botanicals and oils
- 100% Vegan
When my scalp is acting up... organic products always work to soothe and calm my problematic scalp!
So I pick EVER SLEEk - Intense smoothing Shampoo
- Gentle formula (good, cos rich will cost more "oil" on my scalp)
- Weightless.. when I see weighless.. I think of volumn! (kekeke)
- 48 hour frizz control
Ingredients list [Click to enlarge]
So after using it for 3 days... I stop! The shampoo was too rich for my oily scalp!!!!
It's too moisturizing for me.. my hair look very sleek and neat, BUT the hair around my crown are so FLAT.. it look like I just pop out from the swimming pool!!!!
Although this shampoo feel rich, I didn't experiences any itchyness on my scalp. My sister is still trying out the shampoo (She's the one I always mentioned in Shampoo entries.. she has very dry, fluffy and BIG hair.)
The shampoo lather well into the scalp but doesn't foam up much.
When I rinse off the shampoo... I feel like I was using a mixture of conditioner and shampoo (more conditioner then shampoo)... it doesn't give me that "clean" feel. [But when hair is dry, it does feel clean]
.
So to sum up, this shampoo is suitable for damaging and dry hair.
.
.
Price : SD$14.90
Available in Watsons Singapore
P/S: I need to rotate shampoos every 3 to 4 weeks... it's not that the shampoo is not good, it's my scalp. I can use back the same shampoo after another 1-2 cycles of other shampoos.
Random online purchased
I haven't been hauling much (Ahem* that's what I like to think so) and I hardly blog about the stuff I got... Well, I still do but very selective~ lolx
Anyway, recently... I joined a drugstore spree (when they are having 20% off) and Ming(miwitch) tag along too :b
Foundations and brushes that we can't get in Singapore! [Not all are mine... half of them belong to Ming]
I ordered 3 foundations... Check out the shades.. this are all their lightest shade and Instant Age rewind look so pinkish and abit dark from the bottle (I tried it, and it's abit warm.. but doesn't make me look like a lobster)
Maybelline FIT ME is a perfect match.. but the coverage was so sheer that I don't feel like I was applying anything.. but I do like the dewy finishing and it does even out my complexion.
I havent try the Loreal Magic smooth souffle yet...
The sponge can be remove (I didn't use that.. lolx.. I just turn and click out the foundation from the tube)

Got some brushes too... all feel sooooooooooo soft! <3

These kabuki are abit smaller then I've imagined.. but not too tiny like baby kabuki la...
I got these 3 item recently (I will do a seperate swatch post on the UD Naked2)
I did got some Lancome, Ettusais, Rachel K CC cream (those were part of my last year's Christmas presents) and some random makeup item from my sisters.
Most of the time, I just buy random skincare products (especially facial spa water mist), cleansing water, cleansing oil and re-purchase of shampoo, moisturizer and other random body lotions. (Not so exciting... )
So do you all have any impulse hauling???
