Last Month, MAVALA released Sugar Free collection - 5 new shades of pigmented lipglosses.

The "Suger Free" Lip Gloss Collection has been created to match the MINI Nail Polish Collection, "Delicious Color's"(swatches), for a tasty mix

 

Characteristics
For ultra-shiny lips, with thousands of reflections from particles of mother-of-pearl. This lip gloss is rich, ultra-shiny, but non-sticky. Thanks to its ingredients, lips are well protected.

 

Key ingredients

• Grape seed oil
  enriched with vitamins, mineral salts and oligo-elements, but also with polyphenols, which are vitamin E enriched molecules: reinforce the natural protection of the lips effectively fighting free radical scavenger, which are responsible for 80% of skin's pre-mature ageing.

• Combination of emollient esters and grape seed oil: smoothing, regenerating and nourishing.

• Tiny Shimmering particles

• Vanilla flavoured

 

The lip gloss is house in a 6ML transparent tube with foam applicator

Red - it suppose to be red (chilly red).. and it look so diluted on my lip swatches :(

I don't really fancy wearing "red" lip shade cos it always look messy on me! lolx

The "no flash" lip swatches above were taken under fluorescent lighting at night.. The one below was without flash under natural daylight. (Should look like blue tone hotpink)

It has a hint of pink undertone

Blackcurrent
This suppose to be abit darker, but the color has been wash off by the strong day lighting and flash :(

Blackcurrent(purple) should be alot intense and darker as compare to bubblegum(hotpink) but on the above swatches... Bubblegum look much darker :(

I don't quite know why, maybe because of the lighting?!?!?!?! I took all swatches on different days(afternoon/morning/evening and night)

I just took aset of the lip swatches for blackcurrent - cos the above swatches look really wash off!!!!
(these 3 pics were taken at night under fluorescent lighting - set my camera setting for fluorescent also)

A very basic LOTD post featuring Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Foundation...

>>> The foundation feel abit sheer with buildable coverage (up to medium coverage)

I like the texture alot... almost like the foundation was infused with silicon - but without the greasy type of smoothness and thickness. I should say the foundation feel like a primer - but with foundation coverage. Kekekeke :b

As for shade wise - it look abit redish, you know like bbcream type of red tint (not those blue pink type tint) .. it doesn't look too dark/warm on my skin, but I just wish that they have a brighter shade so that my skin would look brighter.

I used to have combination skin (abit oily) but for these few months, my skin feel more like combination dry skin (it doesn't oil up when I'm outside the whole day and it will start to feel tight after awhile).

BUT, is getting better and better, all thanks to Belif ^_^
Now it just feel like normal skin with abit of sebum around nose, chin and forehead (and feel abit dry after cleansing - no more painful and tight feeling(Yeah!)). Normally, I just use a piece of tissue to lightly dap over the areas where I feel abit oily.

Personally, I feel that this foundation are more suitable for adult skin(all skin type). As for teens who have combination skin, this might feel abit too rich(in moisturizing).

Do you all have any favourite foundation that you can't get it in Singapore??

I'm using KOSE ESPRIQUE Blend Dimensional Eyes (Deep) B-1 in this LOTD.... Bronze is such an easy color to use - beside olive.

Mis-match of blush/lip colors (lolx) ... the blush was so light on the cheeks, so didn't look weird~ (Phew~)

Last month, received a set of nail polishes from MAVALA Switzeland (yes, it came all the way from Switzeland ^_^)

My favorite would be Sparkling Silver and Sparkling Blue... both contain different sizes glitters <3

The glitters were not very sparse, easy to spread on the nail evenly (I applied 2 thin coats on all the above swatches) and surprisingly, these are not too hard to remove. (Maybe I didn't apply alot ^_^)

I didn't plan to get all this stuff when I went to Jurong Point this afternoon with my Ariya(my sister)... All I want was the mini size DUO adhesive glue and some ointment for my crack skins.

At Guardian Pharmacies, I got the ointment and Methylated Spirit(Cos I used up my last 2 bottle of alcohols... mainly on cleaning mirrors/dresses top areas)

And at Popular, I bought art glue for faux lashes on bjd(Ball joined dolls) and blue tack(non makeup related... lolx)

I got Mavala(from switzerland) waterproof mascara in black and an eyebrow tweezer from SaSa.

Mavala was a Silk protein enriched waterproof mascara! It say it will strengthens and lengthens lashes.
I got it in black, cos the MUA say it only got black.. which I later found out from the init, saying it got 6 shades! =( Anyway.. if this is good.. I will be getting the other shades! (Free a  volume & Longueur mascara.. which is waterproof too)

From an accessories store outside Jurong Point/along the MRT there... I bought VOV purplish pink blush and an eyeshadows palette!!

VOV eyeshadows palette (OMY.. it's so smooth and pigmented.. almost feel like Sleek palette texture!)
This VOV palette shadows texture were so different to their single eyeshadow!
(This one almost feel like mineralise eyeshadows!! Maybe it is.. I just don't understand korean! lolx)

The casing was so pretty!!! I got #05
(They have 5 different palettes... should I go back for the other 4???)

I Received my CoastalScents Package, which I ordered on 14 Sept (about 2days later then my EDM order, which I'm still waiting for it!) I didn't order brushes or colors stuff... mostly bases and adhesive powder for my DIY loose/setting powder (refill, cos my loose powder is running low!)

I didn't spend too much money... which is good! lolx.. I wanna save it for the beauty convention this sat.. alot of brands having booth there with discounts!!!!
So far I only knew, Majolica, O2skin, Loreal and Maybelline will be there... anyone new any new brands having booth there???
Last Sunday, I finally meet up with my friend to collect my brush sets and empty palettes which she help me to ordered around July/August! (Will do an entry on it soon)
