Recently, I have been thinking about getting some "oil" products for my super dry eczema skin on my legs... and I saw these when I passes by The Bodyshop last week.... the handcream was kinda impulse buy! lolx

The Bodyshop Beautifying oil (SD$22.90) and Cranberry Joy handcream(SD$14.90).

They are 4 types of oils...  Moringa, Shea, olive and strawberry Beautifying oils (I got Moringa and Shea) .. I got these at promotional price of SD$14.90 each. I'm thinking of getting the other 2 (hopefully the promotion still ON)

The oil feel nice on dry skin... but best to apply right after shower when skin is still moist. (These oil can be apply on body, face and hair)

NYX Jumbo Pencils - My sis got these for me a couple months ago when she saw these around her work place. I don't really like these cos it's too creamy.. but they work alright with a primer. (SD$7.90 each)

I used this to a yatch outing last week.. it does feel abit oily(not sticky) and it took awhile for it to fully settle into the skin. After while, the tiny bits of oilyness doesn't bother me and I kinda forgot that I apply anything. If feel light on the skin and the sunblock power was pretty GOOD! I didn't burn my skin at all!

Just like the title, I played around with the Sleek PPQ Me, Myself and Eye Palette... as usual, I reached for my fave colors "Primal Green" first and the rest were colors that I THINK goes well with primal green :)

• Primal Green(Sleek) on the lids

• Golden silvers(sleek) to blend it out (just above the crease),

• line it with K-palette Liquid liner and layer it with Blue Monday(sleek).

• I used Lilac Allen(sleek) on lower lash line
• Barry white(sleek) on the inner corner and the inner lower lash line.
• Mix Barry White(sleek) with any skin tone eyeshadow/pressed foundation under the brows(as highlight).

 

Lolx at my "duck" lips(mouth)... I wanna delete away this horrible pic... but this is the "ONLY" one that shown the Lilac Allen(lilac shade) on my under lash line.

The Maybelline FIT me Foundation was really sheer, but the shade matches me so well, it feel like I didn't put on any foundation. It does even out my complextion, as for the coverage wise super sheer, feels like tinted moisturizer.

The Leaders Clinic sun cream(though made my face look abit redish like lobster[the tint was abit too warm on me], but it can be easily taken off by using a piece of tissue to dap off the excess serum+pigment) have more coverage then the foundation.

I will do a review on the Maybelline FIT Me Foundation soon.

 

I look bloated in this shot (with my hair off the side of my face)... but Peapea look so dreamy here~

Week ago, attended an odd but creative event: "Beauty Scene Investigation", organized by Shiseido MassBrands, to celebrate the winning on various Watsons HWB 2011 Awards.

I feel odd because.. it a crime scene and someone was out there killing makeup products in the so called "Beauty County" (I think it's Watsons?) and those survivor were places at a safe house called "Beauty Room"(Shiseido Masstige brands' Beauty Haven). The survivers are those who won the various Watsons HWB Awards 2011.

Alright, back to the event... after DIY the foundation case... we all headed over to Empire State @ Bugis Illuma for our dinner...

And makeup demo using Majolica Majorca products..

And the foods... Do note that the portion of each dishes(except the soup- which was pretty normal) are quite HUGE!!! (Very reasonable pricing!)

The brownies with ice-cream serve on a hot pan was "Heavenly" (I'm not a sweet tooth person, but I love the cold and "hot"(not warm) combos) The brownies was hot, moist and tight(?!?) [awww.. not good at description!!!!]

Last week, due to my soft weekness of pretty blushes... I got the Chanel Rouge Blush! I don't have anything similar to this shade (Good excus huh? lolx)

Top pic: Too bright!!!!

I use very light handed, cos the blush was so pigmented! And the blush last really well on the cheeks even on very humid and HOT day!

My skin was abit dry on the day I took these pics... shouldnt use pressed foundation huh!!! It just enhance the dryness(lolx.. donno what I was thinking then!)

I really love the Za True White Instant Brightener <3

Playing around with Sleek Diivine Acid palette.... The limegreen was such a pretty and vibrant color!! Doesn't look chalky at all <3

I have afew emails asking what kind of look I normally wear out for a short period of time around the neighbourhood.

Normally. I will wear sunblock + bbcream for running errands. (No need to go all the way to eyeshadow and brows.. I'm too lazy for that, lolx)

Well.. For this LOTD, it will be a look I wear when I'm going out for dinner with my family, somewhere not too far away. Like a mall nearby or afew bus stops away from my home(you get the ideas, places that have more crowds)

I'm using a single color on my lids with thick eyeliners.

A very simple everyday look ...

On my face..
Nature republic Alsaka Aqua sunblock cream, SANA Pore Putty Moist base, Dr Jart+ bbcream(actually can skip bbcream if your skin condition is good... I just need more coverage for my redish skin), MAC studio Finish concealer(for my dark post acne marks that are way too dark to cover with bbcream) and MAC MSF in light to set.

On my cheeks...
Before I set my face with MAC MSF... I applied MUA Bronzage  (cream bronzer) on my cheekbones, MAC CreamJoie-De-Vivre creamblend blush on my cheeks. After setting my face with MAC MSF(just light blush around the cheek areas) . MAC Desert Rose Matte blush on the cheeks and top it with Gransebon Gran Decollete(swatches) highlight face powder in #02(nude flower) and as highlight too. (products in blue font was provided by the company)

MAC Desert Rose was a pretty intense matte blush.. I like to dap my blush brush on the powder and wipe it off on a tissue then apply on my cheeks.. if I need more.. I just dap the brush on the tissue to pick up the color again.

MAC Let me pop paintpot on the lids and blend blend blend... (brow's highlight.. I'm using MAC MSF to brighten up) Heavy Rotation Gel liner (I apply that on the tightline too) and Maquillage gel liner in GD855(Gold) on waterline. Majolica Majorca mascara.

 

On my brows... K Palette Real Lasting eyebrow 24hrs(Shade 01) and Canmake Coloring eyebrow mascara in #05(the newest shade).

Didn't wear any lip color.. :P If I'm going to put on a lip color, it would be some coral pink lipgloss.

With flash...

Pics taken without flash turn out to be abit too pale... the lighting wasn't strong cos the sky getting abit gloomy yesterday(evening).

I have been rocking these look almost everyday.. unless I going to town area. I normally use MAC paintpot or KATE Gel Shadow. Really simple right.. Cheeks color also play a big part on brightening up the eyes and face!
