Changed my hair color! 

Few days ago, Nanda (my younger sis) came over and say she wanna dye her hair... so went to Watsons and get some dyes.

There's 20% discount on selected hair dyes...

So we each got the Men's Palty Bleach and Palty Bubble Hair dye. (Bleach to light black hair and bubble dye to add color)

The percentage of the bleach on Men's Palty Hi-bleach was not really strong/high, so don't expect blonde!! lolx ....  Anyway, this is good enough for me.

((I miss those old school %% hair bleach that we used to have in Guardian .... need to show ID before purchasing one.. cheap and strong!))

I only got a box of hair bleach becos I only want to bleach the crown part of my hair (just lighten the "black" root that has been growing out since my last dye in November.) and a box of bubble hair dye in Raspberry Jam.

I want something redish and orangey... and this is "LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT" (lolx)

I ask Ariya (my other sister) to help us dye our hair ^_^

First using the Men's Palty Bleach to bleach the crown/black hair) .. I dont want even shade.. cos I wanna have different shades of orange and red (refer to the above Palty Raspberry Jam color chart)

Men's Palty Hi-bleach

It look like I highlighted my hair... but in real ... my hair color was way lighter and "golden"

The Bleach smell was kinda strong and it does dries the hair abit. (Well,  all bleach is the same!)
After rinsing out and blow dried my hair..... time to add in color.....

Palty Bubble dye in Raspberry Jam

Mix the liquid and cream in the cup and stirr.....  Smell so yummy~

when I rinse off.. it look pale yellowish orange with a hint of red under tone... but not as "yellow" like the flash pics!!

When under bright day light (I took the daylight pics the next day) .. my hair does look redish orangey (yesh.. thought not as red as I've imagined.. but still look nice)

Buibui's slim down abit and I spot muscle on her back thigh on the first week!!! Why they slim down so fast one!! I also walking with them.. and I still look the same!!!!!

Received Fresh Dog All Natural Dry Shampoo Powder and Waterless Bath Foam Shampoo, all the way from America 4 weeks ago and it's arrived in a box (shown in the pic below)

The bath foam (liquid product) was placed in a hot sealed plastic bag to prevent leakage.
Great packaging - because, the plastic bag was abit damp inside and when I tear away the plastic bag, the screw top was abit loose.  (Phew~ else I will have dry shampop paste inside the box!!)

Buibui have thick coat and it doesn't dry as fast as peapea..  this will result in skin problems if we bath her too often. So with the help of grooming powder or dry shampoo. We don't need to bath her as often (like once a week)

Applying on the back and front... avoiding Buibui's face (I scare she will lick or inhale the powder - anyway, I normally use wet tissue to wipe her face/tear duct areas and mouth)

I love seeing dog lying on their back ... ^__^

I like this dry shampoo alot!! I believe Buibui like it too.. cos whenever I see her scratch her body.. I will apply a bit of the dry shampoo on that area.. it does help to relief some of the itch! (I guess).

And this dry shampoo does takes away the grease on her fur (The grease mainly came from us.. cos we hug and touching them) and the fur feel clean with refreshing scent!

Buibui does enjoy the dry shampoo~ing time... well mainly for the massage. I also find that Buibui doesn't scatches her body as often as before. (Yesh!!!)

This is by far, the best dog's powder products I've ever tried - and in our local pet's store, we don't carry a wide range of dry shampoo or grooming powder.

(I haven't try this on Peapea yet, cos I wanna focus one product on each dogs for a period of time to see the effect!)

Trying Waterless Bath foam shampoo on Peapea...

He didn't like it!! But I still manage to apply and massage the foam all over him.

You'll think that he will get used to it after sometimes... NOPE, everytimes I use the bath foam, he will react the same way! lolx (I should have try dry shampoo on peapea instead right, cos it doesn't have the "wet" feeling)

Apply the foam all over the body until the fur is wet....

I find that it cleanse very well, I can see that the coat look much cleaner (just like after showering), feel softer and smoother. Smell refreshingly good! But this is abit messy to use as compare to dry shampoo (minus the powdery floor!)

The foam get kinda thick very fast (feel like I need to add some water to lather up- that type of texture) and become abit hard to spread out.... best to apply on a small area at a time.It does took abit time to towel dry Peapea's coat.

 

 

I find that both products are a good alternative for wet towel(baby wipes)!! I always use baby wipes to clean them after their walks, or when I feel that they look abit greasy but still too soon to bath them.

Totally love using dry shampoo on Buibui. I need to try it on Peapea soon, I think he will prefer dry shampoo over the bath foam!

 

Normally after showering, Peapea and Buibui will chase after each others and sniffing each others.... so after using dry shampoo and waterless bath foam on both of them... they do the same too!!

Just like the title, I played around with the Sleek PPQ Me, Myself and Eye Palette... as usual, I reached for my fave colors "Primal Green" first and the rest were colors that I THINK goes well with primal green :)

• Primal Green(Sleek) on the lids

• Golden silvers(sleek) to blend it out (just above the crease),

• line it with K-palette Liquid liner and layer it with Blue Monday(sleek).

• I used Lilac Allen(sleek) on lower lash line
• Barry white(sleek) on the inner corner and the inner lower lash line.
• Mix Barry White(sleek) with any skin tone eyeshadow/pressed foundation under the brows(as highlight).

 

Lolx at my "duck" lips(mouth)... I wanna delete away this horrible pic... but this is the "ONLY" one that shown the Lilac Allen(lilac shade) on my under lash line.

The Maybelline FIT me Foundation was really sheer, but the shade matches me so well, it feel like I didn't put on any foundation. It does even out my complextion, as for the coverage wise super sheer, feels like tinted moisturizer.

The Leaders Clinic sun cream(though made my face look abit redish like lobster[the tint was abit too warm on me], but it can be easily taken off by using a piece of tissue to dap off the excess serum+pigment) have more coverage then the foundation.

I will do a review on the Maybelline FIT Me Foundation soon.

This is not a "beauty" related entry... It's about my dogs!

Since they are kinda like models in my blog.. I should give them some "showcasing" time, right???(lolx)

Celebrated Peapea's 7th birthday on 2nd Jan 2012...

I got a light Japanese cheese cake for peapea (It's human food! But I only gave them abit.)

I don't really like cake that was made for dogs.. they are hard(felt like overnight cake that have been seat out for a long time) and the cream... too sweet (Yes, I tasted all dog's foods before feeding them.. I wanna know what they are eating/tasting) and they taste abit "weird" too. (All they say was.. we don't put sugar and we use honey... don't honey and sugar sound kinda similar in "sweet" term?? )

I didn't gave feed anything that contain "honey" to peapea nor buibui when they are just a puppy. Because honey contain some bacterias.. it's already not suitable for baby below 12months(I think)... so I don't trust giving food that is not suitable for baby to my puppy! (and now, sometimes, I still avoid it.. even though I saw that alot of dog's snacks contain "honey")

Anyway, last year... I have told myself that I'm going to bake a cake for Peapea.. BUT I forgot :(

Abit blurred.. but check out buibui expression!!!!! (Oh, and she just got a new "fur" cut. I asked my dad to shave it.. and he say he wanna keep the ear's fur! lolx.. .Buibui look funny!)

At night, when my sister came home.. she brought home some toys for them (normally when one of them celebrate their birthday, the other one also get it... )

We got another one the next day... because, both of them love the "dumbbell" one! (It's rare cos buibui don't like to play "toys" ... she just love to snatch the toy away from peapea and then just let it sit there... BUT this time, she's is playing with it and she carry it around with her! Awwwww....)

I used to have 3 doggies, momo, peapea and buibui(I call them MPB) But, recently on 10 June 2009, momo pass away from old age! :(
