Vibrant and sensual, Lady MILLION Eau de Toilette is a fresh woody floral.

The first notes hold the promise of intoxication. Neroli essence and lily of the valley rival each other in sensuality and radiant freshness. The utterly feminine heart blends gardenia with the luminosity of hyacinth.

But the ultimate exhilarating seduction is revealed, combining the softness of honey with the sensual pulses of patchouli.

The amber sillage has an enveloping effect. It whirls and varies at every movement of air, offering its most beautiful facets like the play of light on a diamond.

The Bottle
The French designer Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance took his inspiration from the shape and size of the famous Regent diamond on display in the Louvre museum in Paris to create the Lady MILLION bottle. A gold bottle, naturally, reminiscent of the 1 MILLION ingot: streamlined, luminous and designed without a specific base to rest like a diamond, on one of its facets.

While the Lady MILLION Eau de Toilette bottle retains the architectural, sparse appearance of this Regent-style diamond in every way, its colours differ very slightly. The gold of the cap adopts a soft, luminous shade on which Lady MILLION’s iconic logo is inscribed in white letters.

The bottle itself is every girl's best friend - Diamond! Look really pretty on my dressing table.. but pretty packaging means "break" alert!! I was so afraid that I will drop it everytimes I use it!! lolx

The top part of the fragrance's bottle (diamond) look like a Lux chocolate's packaging. The gold and the white, they look so good together... though I prefer Gold with hotpink (weird combo, I know!!!!!)

The scent...
On first sniff(kekeke)... it was a soft but refreshing citric scent (not too sweet).. and on my skin... it's a mixture of honey, gardenia and lily.... and dries down to just a sweet but alittle bit musky honey scent.

I hope I explained well. (I'm not really good at explaining "scent" cos in my dictionary.. I only know citric (which I love), sweet, musky and woody... ^___^)

Normally, if I'm telling my gfs or sisters how this scent smell like... I will say "Oh, it smell really nice... refreshing, citric-y and on my skin it become abit floral type of sweetness and then I just smell sweet sweet ...." Kekekeke (See, I'm no good at explaining)

Edited like a video clip, the punchy humour-filled film was directed by the Swedish director Johan Renck. A multi-talented artist, Johan directs for the cinema, television, fashion and music. In this entry I'm going to do an initial review on the Garnier Hydrating Glowing Essence 2nd Skin Mask.

With the understanding that skin is constantly exposed to external aggressions, such as air-conditioning at the workplace for long hours, Aqua Defense Mask is formulated to generously nourish the skin with its key ingredients- Tanggula Glacier Water, White Tea and Green Tea Extracts. Blended with Vitamin E, these ingredients form an anti-oxidant powerful enough to protect skin from harmful effects from the environment.

Here's my initial review on the Garnier Hydrating Glowing Essence 2nd Skin Mask... (One time use - since mask is temporary relief for different type of skin concerns.)

• The mask fit nicely on the skin 
  
• Cotton tissue type of mask sheet
  
• Mask feel cooling on the skin
• Feel really refreshing and soothing
• Moisturizing
• Didn't see any visible improvement on fine lines
• Pores does look abit less drying
• Doesn't cause any stingy/burning sensation (GOOD!!!)
• Didn't cause any irritation nor breaking out during the 20mins of masking
• Skin feel supple and soft after masking

Over all, my complexion look fresh and skin look well hydrated.  (The effect doesn't till next day)

The mask feel soothing, cooling and very moisturizing on the skin.... but the mask sheet between my nose and mouth area start to feel abit dry after 20mins. 15mins should be more then enough.

When mask is dry, it will suck out the moisture from the skin - so to prevent it, PLEASE do not leave mask on the skin for more then 20 mins....  especially using cotton tissue type of mask.

The texture feels rather similar to Sunplay Super Block(with SOLAREX-3) and Original version.

My thoughts after using this for 3weeks.....

• The Sunplay watery cool sunblock feel rather similar to the Sunplay Super block with SPF 130.

• Very watery easy to smooth out on the skin
• Feel minty cooling on the skin - refreshing
  [If applying around eye's areas.. please wait till it fully absorbed then open the eyes, else it would be super icy around the rim of the eyes.]
• easily absorbed into the skin
• Does feel abit oily...  more of a silky type of oilyness.
  [Feel abit less oily as compare to the Sunper block]

• Doesn't feel sticky nor stuffy on the skin

• Does leave a dewy white cast, the "white" will went away after the lotion fully absorbed

• No residues.

• Doesn't cause any skin irritation

• Didn't cause any break-out

• Quite moisturizing (but I still layer moisturizer on tope)
• Skin doesn't feel tight nor drying after wearing it for a few hours
  [Because of the minty feel, I thought this will be drying on the skin, but it doesn't!]
• Doesn't changed the formula of my base makeup when layering ontop of the sunblock
  (I apply sunblock before any skincare/base products)

This have a soft refreshing citrusy scent...

• The mist feel pretty light

• Abit oily but absorbed into the skin really well and fast.
  [The oily feel wasn't too strong, feel more like natural skin "oily" texture]
• Doesn't feel sticky nor stuffy on the skin
• Doesn't cause any irritation on my skin
  (didn't use this on my face)
• Doesn't have any white cast on the skin
• No residue
• Decent sunblock power for normal day outing
  Didnt put this on good test, cos I didn't stay under the sun for long hours.
• Feel super cooling and refreshing on the skin

This UV body mist spray was pretty light in texture and non sticky. when I first spray it on my arm, it feel abit wet, oily and very cooling. Once it absorbed into the skin, it won't feel oily or wet anymore. This UV body Mist abosbed really fast, so no worries about it being wet and oily at first. And the finishing was pretty nice, give my skin a pretty healthy glow and suprising that it was pretty moisturizing too.

I received this cute little "jar" at the bloggers' session which house the Invisible Sunbrella UV Mist, 2 lollipops and A hand towel with my name embroidery on it (so sweet).

The sunbrella mist can be spray directly on the face (no need to sprey on palms and apply on face!)... And the ingredients was so interesting... "wasabi, ginger and garlic"! I already tried this mist afew time (still too soon to do a review) so far so good....

Recently, Annick Goutal launched their new fragrance - Nuit Etoilee.

The Annick Goutal Nuit Etoilee's theme was base on the painting of Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry, Starry Night". (Romantic right?!? I means the painting, the color tone....)

On first sniff... the scent was bursting with sweet citrusy scent- very refreshing, sweet and lively. And it dries down to a soft woody (abit sweet) scent on my skin... (OMy, I'm really sucky at describing scents!!! )

This summer, Shu uemura color atelier will be launching 19 new eye colors, giving limitless possibilities of creating sparkling eye makeup story. This brings the eye shadow catalogue to a total of 71 spectrums of colors. (WOW!)

These silk smooth eye shadow feel abit silicon-y... very smooth and doesn't feel chunky at all! These look much smoother and glowly/glittery when I swatched it... My camera kills the glam!! (lolx)

All these creamy eyeshadows feel abit more moist as compare to their previous cream shadows(that was in jar form).. it took awhile to set.. best to apply eyeshadow on top to set it.

In March Essilor launches their 1st High Performance Anti-Fog Lenses - OPTIFOG.

Was invited down last month for a complimentary eye check, prescribe Optifog lenses and spectacle or sunglass frame.... I don't have any eye problem just astigmatism and it wasn't serious (I wanna think so, because (=___=)  I hardly need any glasses!). Anyway. recently(I means before I received the invite), I have been thinking about getting my eyes checked and this invite came at the right timing! Yesh! kekekke

Out of 1.6 billion eyeglass wearers worldwide, an overwhelming 75% - 1 have indicated a desire for anti-fog solution for their lenses to improve their vision. For eyeglass wearers, fog on the lens is a visual hindrance that interferes with daily life. As a solution to this issue, ophthalmic optics world leader Essilor has created Optifog, the 1st high performance and durable anti-fog eyeglass lenses.

When fog is formed, it becomes an unexpected blindfold, greatly compromising the clarity of vision. Resulting from quick cold-to-hot temperature changes in humid environments, it can obstruct vision in many different situations.

 

 

In a warm climate like Singapore’s, fog can be a particular problem for eyeglass wearers in everyday life. For instance, when coming out of a cold environment like air-conditioned offices or vehicles, shopping malls, or cinemas; when doing household chores like cooking or emptying the dishwasher; or when drinking hot beverages or eating hot foods, all of which are commonly encountered examples of when fog can occur on lenses.

It may also be a persistent problem in many working environments, especially those in which safety or precision are a priority, such as surgeons wearing masks or workers with protective goggles. People who engage in sports also tend to face the frustration of clouded lenses as it obscures their vision and affects performances or experiences.

Easy to activate the Optifog on Optifog lenses....

[Note: All water base liquid will remove Optifog Activator from the Optifog lens. Simply just reactivate the lens by using the above 3 steps]

 

 

When combined with this concentrate, the hydrophilic properties of the lens’ top layer prevent fog from appearing. Hence, when water droplets of fog form, they are perfectly spread over the lens surface, creating a uniform film of water invisible to the wearer.

The anti-fog molecules also durably retain the concentrate, further preventing fog from appearing for up to one week, under normal conditions. The advanced technology helps to efficiently and immediately repel fog on the lens, ensuring better vision and long-lasting relief from this common annoyance for eyeglass wearers.

 

The anti-fog coating of Optifog lenses coated/activated with Optifog activator will preventing fog from appearing for up to ONE week.

 

On this big round lens, Only half of the lens was activated with Optifog activator....

After steaming.... the [left of the lens] was fog free!! Amazing right??

The eyecare centre was pretty spacious and bright.

Activating the Optifog activator on my tinted Optifog lens...

Drop and gently wipe with the mircofiber cloth provided - very easy and simply to activate the optifog lens.

I wore it out for quite many times now ...
Walking in and out of Shopping malls/air-conditioning places/buses in recently super HOT and HUMID weathers and I didn't experience any fogging!!! The lenses feel and look the same as I just cleanse it!

 

Take note::
OptiFog Activator only works with Optifog lenses - it won't work with any other ordinary lenses.
